Having Krista as our beautiful doula made my dream birth a reality! Her support in the lead up, during and post birth made a world of difference to our natural birthing experience and I couldn't recommend her services highly enough!
During my pregnancy she provided myself and my partner with a wealth of evidence based information, so that when my labour began I felt so prepared and empowered. As I journeyed through labour, Krista eased the intensity of the contractions with physical and emotional support. I felt so safe and loved the entire time.
The active phase of my labour was so much shorter and more manageable thanks to her skillful guidance through spinning babies movements, which shifted baby into his birthing position.
When I was at my most vulnerable, Krista defended my birth wishes, and empowered me as the decision maker of my birth. She also captured the magical moment that my beautiful baby was braught up out of the water and into my arms.
The postnatal visit, including delicious meals and snacks, a gift basket and a pedicure, left me feeling so comforted and cared for. I couldn't imagine going through this wonderful experience without Krista's amazing support. She is incredible.
