We were recommended Krista by a friend of ours. I had heard a few things about doulas but never considered having one until my friend has said how great her experiences with Krista were.

I am so thankful we decided to get in touch with Krista and that she was able to support us leading up to the birth, throughout the birth of little Remy and postnatal. We both felt so confident and had a wealth of knowledge going into birth that we weren’t fearful but trusting of what was going to happen. Krista made sure I felt supported, loved and empowered throughout every stage. I’m so thankful for everything Krista did from supporting us at home through the night, being with us at the a hospital and creating a beautiful environment there as well as sharing in the joy of Remy’s arrival after a long 4 days.

I couldn’t ever imagine having a baby without Krista now! I can’t recommend her enough. She is the BEST
