Postpartum,Krista was there to help me plan for a restful and supported postpartum experience. Krista also supported and cooked me nourishing foods and warming drinks during these early days of becoming a newborn mother. Again I feel empowered by knowledge and fearless in facing any hurdles that come my way as I continue to embark on my mothering journey .
