I just want to say a huge thank you for everything you have done for us.

Your knowledge and encouragement throughout my pregnancy left me feeling confident and empowered ready to bring our beautiful baby Zoe earthside.

Your calmness and gentle mothering nature during my labour helped me to keep calm and focussed,even when I felt like I was going to break.

Thank you for your care and support for Rhys,particularly just after Zoe’s birth and the hours that followed while I was in theatre and in recovery .I am so glad he and Zoe were not alone while I was gone.

Your texts,calls and constant reassurance that we are doing all the right things for Zoe,has left us feeling more confident as first time parents and has calmed me when i have been in tears and felt helpless.

The beautiful hamper,delicious nourishing food ,talking about my birth experience and pampering me has left me feeling so loved and cared for.

And lastly reading my birth story through your eyes,has made me realise just how strong I am and that I can do anything.

I will be forever treasure having had you be apart of one of the most important times in my life.
