My first birth left me knowing how little I knew about birth and the importance of birth preparation and birth itself. My second and third births with Krista’s support we're a very different story.

I feel so lucky to have met Krista. This is the second time that Krista has been part of our pregnancy and birth journey. Two years ago Krista supported myself and my husband as we welcomed our second daughter Naba into the world. When we found out we were to a third child to our family, Krista was one of the first people that I contacted.

Krista has prepared and supported me to feel confident through my pregnancy, birth and the early days of motherhood. With Krista as my guide I felt educated on my choices and empowered by the knowledge of how amazing our birthing bodies truly are. Krista’s reassurance and support during my labour and birth enabled me to feel safe, comforted ,supported and listened to. I welcomed my baby into the world my way, without fear. In the words of Dr. John Kennell “If a doula were a drug, it would be unethical not to use one.”

Krista I don’t know how to thank you enough for all your kindness, support and birthing wisdom that you have shared with me. Thank you so much for everything you have done for us.
