Everyone needs a ‘Krista’ in their life and throughout their pregnancy, birthing and postpartum experience.

I was holding a lot of fear around birth due to previous losses/miscarriages and medical interventions.

I knew I needed additional support to improve my mindset for our impending birth. My husband and I had a casual meet and greet with Krista and the rest was history! We knew she would be the perfect support for us both and help us navigate our way through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Nothing was ever an issue, no matter what time of day or night - any concern, worry or question I had was always promptly answered and backed up with evidenced based research. Our voices were always heard and respected, we felt very safe in Krista’s company and care.

We also felt informed and educated on all our options and birthing preferences. Knowledge is power and we had all the power during labour. We were completely in control. The birth of our son was the best day of our lives, it was just perfect! The entire experience was beautiful - I absolutely loved it!
