Having Krista help with the birth of our daughter made a massive difference. The information, support and kindness Krista provided helped me figure out what kind of birth I wanted and approach it calmly and positively.

When the (3 day labour!) didn’t go to plan, Krista was by our side pretty much the entire time. Despite a tough labour, I have such happy memories of the birth (and postnatal period) and safe to say that much of that is thanks to Krista and her support and help with preparation.

I hope Krista stays in our lives for a long time!
